Who will receive your Personal data?

The recipients of the Personal data are:

Our authorized staff only.
Our Data processors who also process your data in accordance with our instructions: : Horizon Software SAS affiliates and our service providers.

When you contact us via the general contact form for any demo or commercial requests, your Personal Data are redirected by e-mail to a limited number of identified people (Sales teams in Asia and in Europe), in the purpose of dealing with and following up such requests, and for prospecting campaigns.

When Horizon uses the services of third-party service providers (marketing service provider or host provider), Horizon concludes contracts requiring them to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data they may process on Horizon’s behalf.

How is Personal Data protected and stored? What security measures are in place?

Your Personal Data are stored in a database accessible to Horizon and its corporate affiliates for three (3) years from your last communication (except for CV, see below).

Any CV and documents and related personal data will be saved in the CV database of Horizon shared with its corporate affiliates established outside EU for a two (2) years period from the last contact we may have with you, and for recruitment purpose only within the Horizon group..

Horizon takes the security of your personal data seriously. We have implemented various technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction in accordance with the GDPR’s principle of “data protection by design and by default” (Article 25).

What are your rights?
